I get so excited for friends having babies.  Sometimes it hits me and I can’t believe this stage of life is here for so many friends!  When did we grow up?  I’ve known Barbie since the good old days at Elkton High School when I used to hook her backpack with my field hockey stick and pull her backwards…..

….Ok, that made me sound like some sort of bully but I promise it was all in fun (plus she was a senior and I was a freshman so I wasn’t looking to start any fights!).

Barbie is that easy-going, fun to laugh with, always easy to pick up with kind of friend.  She is also one of my assistants that comes and helps out for weddings.  Its always such a switch to go from the photographer to the subject!  Below are some of my favs (ALWAYS so hard to pick!).

Dan & Barbie are expecting a little girl in June…she will be here before we know it!  They have been very dear friends of ours for so long it was fun just to spend the afternoon together. D&B:  We are so excited for you guys to be parents and I cannot wait to meet your little cutie!  Thanks for hanging out and being constant friends to Adam & I both.  We love you!
